Regular care

• Cashmere binds odours inside the fibre and releases them again when aired. Airing the blanket regularly in the fresh air is often enough.
• Avoid direct sunlight while airing.
• Light lint or pilling can be removed carefully with a cashmere comb.

Washing

• Wash only when necessary.
• Hand wash in cold to lukewarm water (max. 30 °C).
• Use a special wool or cashmere detergent.
• Do not rub, brush or wring the blanket.

Drying

• After washing, press the water out carefully or roll the blanket in a towel to remove excess water.
• Then dry it flat and in shape.
• Do not hang it up, as the fibres can lose their shape.
• Do not use a tumble dryer.

Professional cleaning

• For larger cashmere blankets we recommend gentle dry cleaning, particularly in the case of heavy soiling.
• The care instructions on the label always take precedence.

Storage

• Store only when clean and completely dry.
