Shipping
Sending the gift card
By e-mail, the gift card comes without shipping. We send the printed card as a letter: free of postage within Germany, and abroad at Deutsche Post letter rates – either without tracking or as registered mail with tracking. You make your choice at checkout.
Careful and individual packaging of every order
Every item is packed by us individually and securely, with the greatest care. We use only high-quality, sturdy and decorative packaging materials that offer the best possible protection in transit.
Your order therefore not only reaches you safely, but is already a pleasure to unwrap.
Exchange or return – simple and straightforward
Your satisfaction comes first with us. That is why you have thirty days to return an item – more than twice as long as the law requires.
Returns are free of charge for you, worldwide. For orders within Germany, a returns label is already enclosed.
On request, we also exchange unworn, unused new goods.
Fast shipping
Orders received by 12 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day, all others on the next working day. Delivery times follow the usual DHL delivery times.
Express shipping is available to all countries, for the surcharge charged by DHL.

Would you like to send your order straight on as a gift? We are happy to wrap your item to a particularly high standard, individually, as a gift.
On request we enclose a personal message and surprise the recipient with a small handmade gift from our own workshop.
