Delivery and shipping conditions

Shipping costs

We ship worldwide free of charge – with no minimum order value. Every parcel is insured and comes with tracking. The only exception: we send the printed gift card abroad as a letter at Deutsche Post postage rates; you choose with or without tracking at checkout.

Express shipping

If you need it especially quickly, you can choose express shipping at checkout. Your order will then be sent by DHL Express. Within Germany it will be delivered on the next working day; the surcharge is €29.90. For deliveries abroad, the surcharge depends on DHL Express prices for the destination country and weight; the exact amount is shown at checkout. Items shipped from Nepal are excluded from express shipping.

Dispatch within 24 hours

We process and dispatch your order within 24 hours. This does not apply to pre-order items that are marked as such. They are shipped from Nepal; the delivery time is stated on the respective item.

Should shipping take place in several stages for technical or logistical reasons, this will not incur any additional costs for you.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 3–8 days of conclusion of the contract (where payment in advance has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not usually made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in separate shipments, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Returns and exchanges

You can return unworn, unused goods within thirty days of receipt without giving reasons, or exchange them for another item. The return is free of charge for you – from Germany as well as from abroad. For orders within Germany, a return label is enclosed with the parcel. We refund the purchase price using the same method you used to pay. Details can be found in § 6a of our General Terms and Conditions and in the withdrawal policy.
